My EMDR training guides individuals through difficulties like depression, anxiety, anger, grief, stress, autism, family and couple issues, self-growth, self-esteem, substance abuse, sleep problems, postpartum anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and psychosis. My inclusive approach extends to families, couples, adults, and children. We also have an associate-level female clinician on staff if you prefer a female provider! I specialize in guiding individuals to achieve their goals using an empathetic, trauma-informed, client-centered, and strength-based approach. My clinical approach integrates techniques from EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, family systems, integrated behavioral couples therapy, and equine-assisted therapy (EAGALA).
