As a therapist, it’s a privilege to guide individuals, couples, and families as they navigate these challenges and find their way forward. My background includes experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. More recently, I’ve worked closely with individuals facing chronic illness, supporting them through complex emotional and physical transitions.
