Regardless of what stage of life we are in, we all face our unique challenges. My approach to therapy is routed in a person-centered approach where I implement congruence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard to enter my client's worldview and assist them with personal growth and development. I specialize in serving children and adolescents using a child-centered approach where I implement play, art, and sandtray approaches. I provide counseling to adults, as well. I am eclectic as I implement interventions based on what will best serve my clients' individual needs.
