Thank you for visiting my page! I work with individuals (older elementary age through adult) who are struggling with anxiety, phobias, obsessions and compulsions, or posttraumatic symptoms. Guided by a client’s individual circumstances, I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, though I am particularly drawn to exposure therapy. Exposure therapy gives people struggling with anxiety the opportunity to learn that they can cope with distress by gradually facing uncomfortable situations in a planned, deliberate way. I enjoy the collaboration between therapist and client while planning and conducting exposure activities.
