Hi there, and welcome, I’m so glad that you're here. Everyone has a different path that they walk in life. If you’ve been carrying invisible wounds for a long time, then you know that healing is not about “just getting over it”- it’s about feeling safe enough to explore your story, finding the language for what’s been an unspeakable burden, and building a life that is worth living for you. Experiencing trauma can shape how you see yourself and it can influence how safe you feel in the world. My work is dedicated to helping others overcome the challenges of trauma by empowering them to build their confidence, trust, and happiness.
