Do you struggle with overthinking? Do you feel burned out or numb? Were you told you were too sensitive growing up? You might be a healer, caregiver, teacher, high achiever, or therapist yourself. You could also be a high EQ human (or parent of one) who feels like you "should" feel better. My areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, couples counseling, OCD, and ADHD. I help you tap into your innate wisdom so that you can create goals and begin to consider your legacy, using your gifts to better your community. I guide you in reconnecting with younger parts of yourself and shift unhelpful core beliefs. I'm licensed in VA, DC, and MD.
