Providing therapy for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and adolescents (ages 15+). As a certified perinatal mental health professional, I offer prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum support while provide a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic environment which allows for healing and growth to occur.
