I partner with clients to create lasting change. We will look at strengths and challenges. What already works, and what gets in the way? This can be at work, in relationships, or other areas of life. I work with individuals, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds—across race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, and spiritual beliefs. My goal is to provide a space where you feel respected and understood. People often come to therapy feeling a gap in being truly seen—by a partner, a friend, a colleague, or even by themselves. In our work together, we’ll explore new ways of to think, communicate, and reduce stress.
