I can help by providing the First Step in completing a comprehensive substance use, mental health or co-occurring evaluation and provide you with guidance on your next step. We all struggle in life and we do not always know the healthiest way to address the struggles. I can help you develop your personal healthy coping skills and assist you getting where you would like to be. I specialize on working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are using unhealthy coping skills and would like to change. I have had extensive training in addressing issues which may occur with first responders. I am a certified clinician for first responders. I am able to address mental health and substance use at the same time.
