Let’s Talk Therapy! My name is Bre Auna Thomas. As your therapist I am able to help clients gain awareness of unhelpful thought patterns and self defeating beliefs to alleviate their mental health symptoms. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW in two states Nevada and Georgia. My passion is helping clients gain awareness of unhelpful thought patterns and teaching clients the skills and techniques to emotionally regulate, achieve mental stability, and self soothe themselves ultimately alleviating their mental health symptoms. My educational background includes a Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California USC. I also have a dual Bachelors degree in Philosophy and Sociology with a minor in Pre-Law.
