With a BS in Alternative Medicine and a Master's of Science in Counselor Education from ECU, I bring a holistic, integrative perspective to the therapeutic process. I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, drawing on evidence-based approaches that include CBT, DBT, EF skills development, Play Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My work emphasizes skill-building, self-understanding, and practical strategies that support meaningful change.
