I have a passion for helping children and teens work towards wellness, inner peace and fulfill their life goals. I work to teach them emotional awareness and regulation, develop healthy coping strategies, build frustration tolerance and promote problem solving skills. Additionally, I treat college aged individuals and young adults. My experience with the LGBTQ+ community, supporting college students with adjusting it to their new environment and expectations and assisting with Executive Functioning issues and transitioning into their next phase of life has been extremely rewarding!
