As a therapist my goal has always been to help people be their most authentic self. My hope for all my clients is to provide a safe, secure, and non-judgmental space to traverse the potential challenges and barriers that they feel interfere with their journey. My ideal client is someone that is curious about ways in which they can address their mental health and wanting to inquire what authenticity to them feels and looks like. I welcome people at any stage of their therapy journey and welcome the opportunity to develop goals that address what they hope to work towards using evidenced-based therapeutic modalities and interventions. I look forward to assisting you navigate through life and all that comes with it. My training and specialties include; eating disorders, mood disorders, trauma, multicultural issues, and human sexuality.
