I specialize in providing support to young adults, adults, and adolescents who are struggling with life transitions, relationship stressors, and identity struggles. I have experience in helping clients process through mood and anxiety disorders and related substance use, trauma, career and academic stress, and relationship concerns. With a background in providing support to communities of color and other marginalized communities, I understand the impact that different aspects of social identity and intersectionality can have on these concerns.
