Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re carrying the weight of anxiety or depression, working through past trauma, adjusting to major life changes, or feeling stuck in your relationships. You may be longing for relief, clarity, and a sense of peace, but not quite sure how to get there. My role as a Marriage and Family Therapist is to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding. I draw from a toolbox of therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, to provide a holistic and personalized experience.
