I strive to create an accepting environment that offers clients the opportunity to work towards healing, change, and hope. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to effective therapy, and that each individual has the ability within them to heal, grow, and make positive changes. In therapy, I utilize client-centered, strength-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches. I work collaboratively with clients and families to identify goals and instill hope on the path towards healing and reaching those goals.
