Hey there, I offer a warm, grounded space for clients to reflect, process, and grow. My approach is client-centered and humanistic, drawing from attachment, narrative, and psychodynamic theories. I also offer nature-informed therapy for those who find healing in being outdoors, reconnecting with their bodies, or simply slowing down. I live and work on the ancestral lands of the Yokuts peoples, and I honor their ongoing relationship with this place by approaching this work with humility and respect.
