I believe everyone has the capacity for change. Often times we need guidance, or a gentle push, to get there. I offer a safe and welcoming environment for you to process and create realistic goals for where you are today. I believe all can benefit from therapy throughout their lives, to help support, encourage and cheer you on in your journey. I enjoy working with an array of clients from different walks of life. I have experience with individuals who have suffered traumas, relationship difficulties, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and women's focused health issues. I work with LGBTQ+ and use many different approaches to treatment as I understand one treatment approach does not work for everyone
