Rooted in a heart-centered and integrative approach, I support clients in reconnecting with their wholeness and authentic aliveness. My work draws from somatic psychology, transpersonal perspectives, and creative modalities including art and music. I believe each of us carries an innate radiance, a deep sense of wholeness and vitality. Over time, stress, trauma, and life circumstances can make it harder to feel connected to that part of ourselves. Through a somatic & transpersonal process, I help clients gently bring awareness to old patterns and conditioned responses, supporting integration & opening the door to new possibilities. When the nervous system finds safety & regulation, we can return to the heart’s natural presence and reconnect with our deepest longings. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and am currently a PhD student in Transpersonal Psychology at Sofia University. I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, APCC 21871.
