I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Through my education, work and personal experiences I have concentrated my specializations on Adult and Adolescent Counseling for Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Divorce/Relationship Recovery, Betrayal Truama, Complex Relationship Dynamics and Life Transitions. I believe each of us is unique, and our different experiences impact what we know. Change begins when we take the steps to want to know our “better.” “Do the best you can until you know better. This will start the development of a treatment plan for us to work through together in follow-up sessions.
