Welcome! I am a Licensed Master of Social Work providing counseling services to adults, teenagers (ages 15+) and couples. My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on the client as the expert of their experiences. Ensuring a welcoming and inclusive therapeutic environment for all clients is a top priority for me. I believe that honesty and authenticity are the foundation for effective work. I use various evidence-based frameworks to help clients achieve their goals, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. I have experience working with student-athletes and am particularly passionate about this population! Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals navigating religious trauma or faith deconstruction. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to address trauma.
