I enjoy working with individuals preferable 12 years of age or older, and struggling with any number of mental health challenges. As a clinician I strive to be a listening ear, a trusting empath, and a person you can rely on for support as you move through the ebb and flow of life's river. Examples of the types of mental health struggles include Anxiety- Depression- PTSD- LGBTQAI+ Issues- Life Phases- Separation and Divorce- Perinatal and Postpartum Mood Disorders- Parents of Children with Special Needs- School or Workplace Issues- Legal Matters- Self Esteem- Grief and Loss- Healthcare Burnout- Vicarious Trauma- Medical Social Work. I have been clinically trained to utilize a unique combination of therapeutic and nursing skills to serve individuals working through a variety of mental health issues. Understanding the extra stressors associated with physical health care and navigating the healthcare system strengthens my ability to support clients and their loved ones.
