It seems to me that at the core of what we want is to know we are loved and deeply known. We want connection and peace with ourselves, family members, partners, and friends. I walk alongside clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self esteem issues, identity, parenting issues, anger, and life transitions.
