Are you an individual or couple looking to open up your relationship for the first time? Or maybe you have identified as poly for a while, and you would like some support through a particularly challenging time. I have been coaching & counseling non-monogamous folks for nearly a decade and have identified as polyamorous since before I knew what to call it. My passion is helping poly/non-monogamous people feel seen, heard, and understood as they traverse the challenging landscape outside of the normative paradigm. Our work will focus on deep self-reflection while building strong boundaries and expansive communication skills.
