I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in perinatal mental health and family psychotherapy. My passion is working with black women who are having a challenging time during their pregnancy or after giving birth (pre/postpartum). Bringing a child into this world is both an exciting and yet life changing experience that is filled with many different emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, hurt, anxiety..etc. I also have experience working with adults with a wide range of concerns including perinatal/postpartum, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting issues, separation, and grief/loss.
