Life changes or transitions can be overwhelming, unsettling, or scary, whether they're unexpected or planned. Or maybe you know you want to make a change, but are unsure of what it is or where to begin. In times like these, we all need support and you're not alone. Together, we can get through this. I specialize in individual therapy with adults who are having difficultly adjusting to various changes in different stages of life. I enjoy helping with: academic stress and relationships in young adulthood, parenting and life-balance in middle adulthood, and changes in health, functioning, and living situations in older adulthood.
