I provide a safe and compassionate space to clients looking for support during their healing journey. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have a particular interest in supporting those with PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various mood disorders. It is my belief that we all possess the potential to become our best selves and live a life worth living. I look forward to partnering with individuals as they learn to overcome difficulties and improve overall mental health.
