My therapeutic approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy balancing the structure and evidence base of CBT with the flexibility and relational depth of PCT. I aim to create a space where clients feel empowered to guide their sessions while receiving structured support for growth and healing. I bring extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma. In my current role with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, I serve in the Victim Witness Unit where I support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, homicide, and other violent crimes.
