I believe that most people seek to find happiness, fulfillment, a sense of wellbeing, and wish to develop meaningful relationships throughout their lives. While we are increasingly connected to our world, many people find themselves feeling isolated and left alone to sort out their life's difficulties. I work from the belief that the client and counselor relationship is the foundation upon which therapeutic success is built. I strive to create a collaborative relationship that is focused upon you realizing your personal goals. Together we will work with your strengths to identify solutions to your problems. I work from a Person Centered Therapeutic background. During our sessions you can expect to be exposed to talk therapy as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment and Mindfulness.
