I specialize in providing treatment to children and adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, and other OCD-related disorders such as trichotillomania and excoriation disorder. As a fluent, native Spanish-speaker, I provide evidence-based treatments in both Spanish and English. I utilize Exposure with Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness and acceptance-based interventions in the treatment of the above-mentioned disorders.
