I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, and life transitions, often shaped by childhoods where their needs were unmet or voices unheard—homes that easily appeared "healthy" on the outside but felt chaotic or emotionally unsafe. Many of my clients are people pleasers who struggle with self-worth and seek external validation. I help them develop a sense of safety in their bodies, reclaim their voice, and learn to love and value themselves as their most authentic, empowered selves.
