An awareness of your physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual self will begin to unfold through nervous system regulation. A sense of safety and trust in the moment emerges and the possibility of moving to a new normal begins. This can be from a specific experience or from subtle, chronic experiences that are often thought as insignificant. I use somatic-based therapy to regulate the nervous system.
