I work with all kinds of people who are looking to improve their lives by taking charge of their mental health. I come along side of them and explore their past and help them explore how they want to take charge of their future. Some are struggling with depression, anxiety or even trauma. No matter what the challenge, it always helps to have a supportive person to help you through it and I would be honored to walk that path with you! I am trained in EMDR and working towards my certification, I am also working towards my certification in Play Therapy.
