My name is Brenda De La Cruz and I am an LCSW who has been in the field for over 15 years. I like to give the client the chance to utilize their strengths during treatment along with my own prompts and experience with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more. I'm a kid at heart and love getting to know my clients and their passions to help them navigate their treatment in a positive way. I like to utilize strength-based, client-centered, motivational interviewing, TF-CBT, CBT modules, and classic talk therapy. I also utilize play and art therapy, as well as incorporating music into sessions as needed or appropriate.
