Brenda Duarte has provided supportive therapy services to clients across the life cycle for the last 10 years. Brenda believes in a diverse and comprehensive approach to healing with a special emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused, Narrative, and Person-Centered Therapy models. Brenda attended college at UCLA and completed her Master's in psychology with an emphasis in MFT at Alliant International University San Diego. Brenda is bilingual and can provide therapy in Spanish.
