As your therapist my goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where individuals ranging from adolescents, adults and couples can feel heard. Whether you are struggling with maneuvering through obstacles, going through major life transitions or are trying to learn how to handle anxious and depressive symptoms all are welcome here. If you are motivated, self aware, cognizant of your feelings, open minded, hesitant, scared, uncertain, confused and overwhelmed then therapy is the place for you. I offer both in person and Telehealth sessions and have a range of availability!
