Hi! My name is Brenda Gonzalez Barajas and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My goal is to help guide you on this self-journey to healing. I strive to meet each person where they are. I find that a person-centered approach and psychodynamic approach are a good start to dig deep and find the root of anyone’s struggles. I use CBT, DBT, and EFT if appropriate and needed to target specific needs.
