Brenda has a special passion for working with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), families, and couples struggling with emotional, behavioral, and trauma concerns. She creates a safe, supportive space where young people feel understood, build confidence, and develop skills for resilience. Brenda also has a passion for supporting athletes and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Brenda is a fun-loving and deeply compassionate counselor who appreciates the individuality of people and looks to guide and support those working to discover themselves, build and practice resilience, and achieve personal goals. Brenda believes therapy should feel like a team effort. She helps children, teens, and adults explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and supports them in finding practical, meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. She loves helping people build resilience, gain clarity, and connect with their authentic selves.
