Are you a teenager/young adult who struggles with cultural and racial identity due to immigration, parental or familial immigration, or international/inter-racial adoption? Perhaps you are struggling to identify with the culture you are surrounded by and not the one your parents grew up in. Or are you an older teen or adult of any age with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger? Because education is power, we will lean on psycho-educational information and focus on other personal tools to help you learn new ways of relating with, changing, or living along side your struggles.
