Communication is not easy, especially when connections and relationships experience stress. Friendships are complicated, like making and keeping friends . Using compassionate curiousity, I work with others to identify strength based approaches, to support areas of challenge, sometimes using animals, plants, & eco therapy. Finding and protecting our peace is important work in our lives. I offer creative strategies to support balance, learn healthy choices and let go of what doesn't serve you. I'm grateful to share over 20 years of experience with you while holding the space for us to identify “the next right thing” for you together .
