Life is truly a mystery. Some days, all can seem well and other days can leave you wondering what just happened. One certainty in life; change is inevitable. Our sense of self, core beliefs and personal values shape how we choose to live life, how we experience others and the world. This very powerful belief system can also work against us at times. Therapy offers a safe and confidential space to get to know yourself on a deeper level and build the foundation for change. I engage the counseling process using a solution-focused, client centered approach. I have been helping people as a professional counselor since 2009 when I became a certified addiction specialist. I returned to school in 2017 to earn my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Specialities include: substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma and families.
