My name is Brenda Sillsbury and I am an LCSW who’s passionate about helping others. I believe wholeheartedly in person-centered therapy and meeting everyone I treat where they are. Almost everyone I meet has trauma in one form or another. My goal is to help each person adjust and overcome by learning coping skills and working through their difficulties. I typically work with clients struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, and trauma history.
