What exactly is addiction? Does it only apply to substance abuse, or does it overlap with behavioral processes like over eating, compulsive spending, or obsessively watching pornography? Can someone become addicted to an idea? To a feeling? To another person? I believe the answer is yes, and I believe all addictions can be treated in the same way.
