I truly believe each individual is the expert on their own life and trust that through treatment, they will learn more about themselves and gain confidence as they contribute in their healing process. My vision for therapy is to aid each client in gaining awareness about who they are and how they came to be with an empathic and client centered approach. My training has focused on trauma informed treatment, attachment disruption and early childhood mental health issues. It is my mission to continue to contribute to the communities that inspired me to become a therapist.
