About
I am a clinical psychologist with a foundation in psychodiagnostics and philosophical psychology. My work focuses on helping individuals understand the cognitive, emotional, and interpersonal patterns that shape their experience and constrain growth. While diagnostic clarity is important, my approach moves beyond labels to examine the underlying schemas, learning histories, and contextual processes that give rise to distress and keep it in place. Using a process-based assessment framework, I develop an individualized map of how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships function together within a person's life context. View 4 Photos I offer virtual & in person psychological testing for adults and children for ADHD, ASD, executive dysfunction, emotional and personality disturbance, and cognitive impairment. ADOS-2, CREYOS, and Millon included. For therapy, I use a strengths-focused interpersonalist approach, drawing from psychotherapists Karen Horney, Joseph Weiss, and Franz Alexander.
