I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, attachment and relationship issues, depression, issues of emerging adulthood, trauma, existential questions and concerns, communication difficulties in couples, and men's mental health issues. Additionally, my doctoral dissertation research focused on artists, their creative process, and their struggles with self-definition; artists continue to be an area of clinical interest to me. I primarily work with adults, and I also enjoy and value my work with adolescents – a pivotal developmental period of growth and self-definition.
