As a counselor, my goal is to help you reach your potential and increase your fulfillment in life. I have been working in for several years as a Counselor for substance use disorders in outpatient and rehabilitation settings. Through these years, I have helped hundreds of people work through barriers in their life that caused them set-backs, struggles, and suffering. My ideal client would be motivated to address the issues that are holding them back from having their best life. I work from office at Compass Wellness Associates in Poughkeepsie as well as remotely from Red Hook, NY.
