I work with adults, children, and families on issues including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, addictions, grief, anger, family discord, and workplace distress. My goal is to bring warmth and acceptance to all my sessions and to provide clients with concrete skills that they can use to help solve their problems and live more fulfilling lives. I've worked in a variety of settings, including elementary and high schools, corrections, and employee assistance. In 2021, I launched a private practice.
