He believes trauma affects us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. By establishing safety, remembering, and grieving, we are able to reconnect with our current lives. Brendan uses a mixture of experiential, nature-based, and feminist relational techniques to reconnect clients to their relationships, community, and the Earth. Our nervous system cannot absorb the impact of trauma alone. Together with those we love, we can find a way forward.
