Hi, I’m Brenna and my pronouns are she/her. I am really passionate about helping Latines, neurodivergent, and queer teens and adults navigate their identities, set boundaries, improve parent/child relationships, and heal their inner child. My goal is to help you work with your brain and not against it, while ensuring you feel safe in sharing your story in an inclusive and holistic environment. I have helped clients feel more like themselves, while managing their ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, generational trauma, grief/loss, identity, family/relationship dynamics, and life transitions.
